Todd Kelly has joined our TSY Springdale team in 2025, taking over as our General Manager with the retirement of Mark Broadway. Todd brings extensive knowledge to his new position with The Steel Yard.
Everything from design, purchasing and management over the last 2 decades in the steel industry are a great benefit to our company and customers alike. Todd looks forward to helping us grow to the next level and serving our NWA community.
Erica joined the Springdale Steel Yard team in 2022 as the new office manager. Erica is a lifelong resident of Arkansas, and brings over 20 years of office experience to her new role.
Bee Jay Kaiser joined the TSY Team in 2023. He is a long-time resident of Northwest Arkansas and lends over 40 years’ experience to the compliance and inventory areas of our Springdale TSY branch.
Jacob Wray began with The Steel Yard in 2017. He started his career in the shop. He has worn many hats, from working in the fab & burn shops, operating a saw, and inventory. In 2022 he transferred to the NWA location as the shop foreman. Since then, he has taken on many roles at his new location and is currently working in sales and overseeing some of our inventory needs. His knowledge of steel is instrumental to us, and he has never met a stranger. We are so thankful he is a part of our team!
Javier joined the TSY Springdale team in 2023. He began his career with us doing inventory in the shop. Now, as of 2024 he is our bilingual salesman in the office. His upbeat personality and willing to learn new things makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
Chris Glass joined the Springdale team in January of 2025 as our new Sales liaison. Chris brings seven years of experience in the steel industry to his new role, and we're excited to welcome his skills & expertise to the team!
Abel started with the Steel Yard in 2024. He began as a picker, quickly moved his way to inventory and then into the office to join our sales team. Abel is married and lives here in Springdale with his wife and 4 kids. Abel has adapted quickly to his role in the office and looks forward to hearing from you soon.
Chris joined the NWA team in the spring of 2025. He lives in Fayetteville, has a loving wife and 3 boys. His energetic and upbeat attitude always keeps the office moving in the right direction. We are not sure how anything got done here before he arrived!
